Our food stocks are finished and there is just too much desperation and starvation to keep up with the demand💔

But at the same time, with the plummeting temperatures, we cannot ignore the dire need.

Despite the most shameful existence and treated like nothing, he’s now stepped into a life and an incredible home where he’ll be cherished until the end.

I’m most grateful to all that contributed and supported this gentle soul. He so truly deserved it. He’s already gained weight, the start of a brand new coat and a loving grateful heart.

I found this boy in the township yesterday in the most terrible condition💔. It is pretty apparent he has suffered for a long time.

This is deliberate neglect and suffering, where he has been deprived of absolutely everything. I began immediate treatment, and soft food- as he is severely malnourished. He deserves a safe place to recover to provide the life he deserves.

I’ve managed to secure an enclosure at Pet Pals to allow for his recovery. However, am now left with the costs to go towards his enclosure. Any donations would be a welcome relief and hope for this boy to get him to a place of safety without suffering. Just spoke to a very despondent Tessa this afternoon💔 welfare never stops and resources never last. The needs just keep surpassing the means. I asked what she needed help most with-and her answer, like always, is simply, food:

“I have countless expenses that come with responding to animal crises.

I’m desperately in need of dog and cat food for the ones that are starving”

Hoping to fill some bellies with something nutritious before the winter cold weather sets in. When animals are starving, they start eating stones. This causes blockages and can be fatal💔😢

Some weeks ago, this little girl was so sick with parasites and so sick with biliary. I treated her extensively and fortunately she has recovered. I supply her a weekly consignment of food and she’s thriving.
