We did a thing, and hopefully, third time lucky! My first attempt finished uploading 2 minutes after midnight when entries closed. I applied last year with Ballougar, but in all honesty, he was very green, so I decided to give it a go with the best horse a girl could ask for - Blanco.

She has seen me through so much and has been a part of the majority of my life in the UK. There is so much we have done together, and I simply don't feel I'm ready to hang up those boots yet.....we can definitely make some more amazing memories!

Trust your instincts when something feels off with your horse—it’s never easy to ignore that gut feeling.

After years of building a deep bond with Blanco, I know her inside and out, so when even the slightest change occurs, it’s hard not to worry. Although she’s looking happy and healthy in the field and enjoying her hacking, there have been a couple of small signs that made me pause. I had the wonderful vets from out today for a thorough health check. Thankfully, everything looks normal, but we’ve taken bloods just to be sure and address my concerns.
