Non peak 7 to 14 days notice

Important: Non refundable deposit required for new bookings made. Rescheduling available when canceling to not miss out on deposit

Hi Clients 🐕🐈
I hope you're well. I wanted to let you know that I’ve updated my booking policy to help manage cancellations more effectively.

Going forward (new bookings) a 50% deposit will be required to secure any pet sitting bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount and is non-refundable if cancelled within appropriate time (next post with cancelling times).

This policy helps ensure I can reserve your spot with confidence and manage my schedule more efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and continued support — please feel free to reach out with any questions or to make a booking. 😁

Luna het voor kerstyd n operasie gekry vir n disk wat in haar ruggie geskuif het. Sy moet in n hokkie bly om te herstel en dis baie moeilik vir haar en haar ouers. Sy moet oor 6 weke gaan vir n check up en mis om saam haar boetie rond te hardloop. Ons weet en hoop sy sal ten volle weer gesond word ❤🤞🏻
