Description: Male Shih Tzu? Very small dog, white/grey/cream fur. Per vet, no chip, un-neutered male, less than 2 years old. Well behaved.

Message from Finder: This handsome boy was found running around Oakstone Academy (939 S State St). No collar/tags, has chip with outdated information. Currently being held at Westerville PD. If Owner isn't found in a few hours, will have to go to Franklin County Dog Shelter. If this is your dog please call. Dog has identifying physical trait owner will have to be able to identify.

Please help look for him, im worried that if he is outside he will freeze.

Fliers have also been sent to all local vet clinics!
