Meet Taz! He is an 1 year old Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix and weighs 48 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Taz is nervous around strangers, but warms up after a while! He is good with younger children and dogs! He hasn’t been tested around older children or cats. Taz is housebroken and crate-trained. The owner is surrendering him because they are moving and can’t take him with. He needs to go immediately!

If you think you can provide a great home for Taz, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Taz.

Available for adoption in Colorado: Hi my name is Sven, I am 7 years old and looking for my furever family. I love working from home with my foster, enjoy going to sniff spots and love taking naps.

I am the typical Aussie as I follow my foster mom everywhere, protect my house, and love to play. I am very smart and love to snuggle.

I need a special type of home and a new family that will continue to help me get past my past training. I was trained inappropriately with a shock collar and I am so nervous when I see another dog as I was shocked for barking to have them back off. I have gotten so much better in my foster home but it has taken a while and a lot of snacks. I need a family that will only use positive training, has a 6 foot privacy fence, and will snuggle with me.

I need to be the only pet in the home but I do well with older kids. I love to be active and look forward to finding my furever family.

All pups in our care are up to date on vaccines, microchipped,m spayed/neutered and loved. We do home inspection and reference checks. Sven is very obedient and smart, needs someone to call his furever.

Available for adoption in Murfreesboro, TN: Meet Kyra (pronounced KEERA)! This little spitfire was born to do dog sports, so if you have experience in this area and are looking for your next partner, you’ve come to the right spot. She is about 1 year old and 38 lbs.

Miss Kyra is extra high energy and high velcro and needs an adopter who understands how to work with dogs like this. Her foster grandma calls her “little miss Mighty Might” because she is so go-go-go! Kyra’s favorite games currently are frisbee and Chuck-It in the backyard. She would be great at disc, agility, lure coursing, or flyball (and probably any other sport).

She does fine with her foster brother and other dogs, but is generally not interested in playing with dogs. She much prefers playing with her humans, which means a lot of dedicated time to her throughout the day.

Kyra is quite barky, so places like apartments and townhomes are not likely to be a good fit. She is extra friendly with new women but takes a few minutes to warm up to men (treats and fetch will win her over in a jiffy, her foster dad is now her favorite person ever).

Kyra is crate trained; she sleeps in her crate and stays in her crate when the humans are out of the house. She is housebroken as long as she has frequent trips outside otherwise she won’t be able to hold it. She prefers to ride in a crate for car rides; if that can be accommodated she’s a dynamite traveler. Has not been kid tested but her fosters feel she would be fine.

Must have’s: experience with high energy herding dogs, large fenced yard preferred or experience training boundaries (she has been known to chase cars), dog sport experience preferred, extremely active lifestyle.

‼️HAPPIEST LITTLE LADY LOOKING FOR LOVE AND SAFETY‼️

This sweet sweet girl came into the care of Augusta Animal Control after being picked up as a stray and sadly hasn’t been claimed in the nearly 2weeks she has been there. Despite lots of interest there has been no follow through and this adorable happy go lucky pup is still waiting for her big break. She does well in her kennel and has not been reactive to other dogs and cats in the shelter. She LOVES people and her ears will go into sport mode for treats! 😅
