Today is Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. Did you know at the time of the attack there were 90 dogs in the military? They were mostly Siberian Huskies and Malamutes. After the attack, German Shepherds, Collies, and Dobermans (to name a few) were added to the Dogs for Defense program.
