This is an incredibly difficult post to write.

We had an emergency meeting on Friday, and it breaks our hearts to share this: Fluffy Butts Rescue is in serious danger of closing. After paying this month’s bills, we’ll be left with just £200 in our account. It’s a terrifying place to be. We’ve put so much into Fluffy Butts over the past 6 years and the last year has been incredibly tough to continue going. We all want the rescue to go on as long as we can, but the reality is we may not make it to the end of year.

This rescue has been built on love, passion, and relentless dedication- every moment, every tear, every triumph has gone into making it a safe haven for the animals who needed us most. But now, we’re facing the harsh reality that it may all come to an end.

We know times are tough for everyone right now, so this isn’t a guilt trip- this is a heartfelt call for help. As we fight to keep our rescue going.

We’re almost ready to go back home! 🐰🏡

Today our ape has been out preparing our palace fur our return- a bit of painting, a new floor laid, and a thorough clean up.

We are mostly looking forward to going out and nomming some grass. Although it’s looking a bit dry at the moment, due to the heatwave. Once we get back out there it will probably rain! ☔️ 🤣🐰

Can anybody send a small donation to help with Belle’s surgery costs? We has sent £5 of our Birthday treat money! ❤️

Tomorrow this tiny 6 week old baby that weighs just 700g is going to undergo a major operation to remove her ruptured eye. 😔

Belle’s operation is going to cost the rescue a whopping £650. To come up with that sum in less than 24 hours is worrying!

We have simply the best supporters out there and you guys have already raised £95 towards little Belle’s treatment 🤍 Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far 🥹
