Dash – Our Pixar Collection
Yellow Male, 9 months, 45 lbs.
Hi! I’m Dash, and I am a superhero boy looking for my Incredibles Superhero Family! You probably know that us “Supers” have to keep a low profile because most of society isn’t like you and doesn’t accept us. After trying to survive on my own as a Super, I was fortunate enough to meet people that make Incredible things happen for us Supers – the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno! With their help, I am going to find my family, The Incredibles, and we're going to have an amazing life making the world a better place. Are you the family I’m searching for?
Now, if you have seen the movie The Incredibles, that Dash actually has a loving, Super family. Unfortunately, real life isn’t as easy as the movies. Very young I was taken on by villains and I ended up trying to fight crime while surviving alone on the streets. Let me tell you, even for us Supers that’s pretty darn scary, never knowing who you can trust. Lucky for me my foster mom Edna Mode is making me over into a brand new Super and I feel my confidence returning under her training!
Like the movie Dash, I am fast and smart and handsome and charismatic. I’m so fast I can gather all of the toys in a blink of an eye! I am also learning with the help of Edna to be more comfortable and surer of myself. I have already learned my crate is where all us Supers go to chill. I am learning that the leash leads to many great adventures. I also am enjoying my other four-legged furry Supers and we get along great, running, playing, it’s great to have friends and that good people give the most excellent belly rubs! But you know what I really, really wish? To be part of a family. To me, they would be Incredible, and I promise I will love them forever. Please? Don’t you want a little Dash in your life? Please?
Dash is available for adoption through the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno. He is loving and good with dogs of all sizes, is house and crate trained, and loving and sweet to people. Due to his history, he requires some patience and time to know that he is safe, but once he feels comfortable his sweetness comes out. There is no foster cat in his home, but he is young and with proper introductions he might be ok with cats. Like all young Labs, training and regular exercise are essential to a happy, healthy pup.
