In home lessons & classes for pups 9 weeks old and up! Located in North and West Knoxville! My goal is to help dog owners mold their dogs into well rounded pets that can be enjoyed by all. I have been training dogs, instructing dog obedience classes, and providing one on one instruction to pet owners in the Knoxville area for over 25 years. I assist individuals in transforming their dog's negative

behaviors such as jumping up, house soiling, nipping, biting, destructiveness, dominance, aggression, and more into positive behavior. I find it quite rewarding helping dog owners earn their pet's love and respect thus enhancing both their and their dog's lives. I am a Member of Association of Professional Dog Trainers and trainer for the Tennessee Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. Additionally I am an experienced AKC competitor with multiple
obedience titled, therapy, and Canine Good Citizen Certified.

Our six-week course will prepare you and your dog by teaching and reviewing the ten essential skills necessary to be successful in the ten test items addressed in the certification test(s). Dogs who pass the test earn the honor of adding the title “CGC” to their record at the American Kennel Club (AKC) and show the world your training accomplishments!

All of our trainers are Certified AKC CGC Evaluators. You will have an opportunity to do the actual test in your Week 6 class!

Our Story

Our goal is to help dog owners mold their dogs into well rounded pets that will be enjoyed by all. I have over 25 years of experience in training dogs, instructing dog obedience classes, and one on one instruction. I assist individuals in transforming their dog's negative behaviors such as jumping up, house soiling, nipping, biting, destructiveness, dominance, aggression, and more into positive behavior. I find it quite rewarding helping dog owners earn their pet's love and respect thus enhancing both their and their dog's lives. I am a Member of Association of Professional Dog Trainers and Trainer for the Tennessee Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. Experienced as AKC competitor with multiple obedience titled dogs, therapy dogs, Canine Good Citizen Certified and AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Additionally, your dog may have the potential to not only be a companion, but serve as a therapy dog, personal service dog, or emotional support animal. We can evaluate your pet to help you achieve your goals.
