Dear Clients,

As we are about to leave another year behind I would like to thank all my amazing regulars for your continued trust and support throughout 2023❤️

This year went by so fast and I have only been able to board dogs from you lovely regular clients all year and you have filled my calendar and I am so incredibly thankful for this🙏

I am now going to be able to take on a handful of new clients looking at my 2024 diary right now, until further notice.
I only have a few boarding spaces at a time so please make sure you book well in advance, I also need to fit in a meet and greet and a possible trial day with new clients when I have availability for this, so I would recommend booking a couple of months ahead at least.

Please note that I am currently unable to take on puppies under the age of 1 and entire males. All other well-socialised friendly dogs are welcome to come for an introduction🐶

And lastly, have an amazing Christmas and enjoy the holidays, I can’t wait to see all my dogbuddies in 2024 again🤩

Hey everyone🙋‍♀️

• Before every booking (direct or Rover) clients will be sent my short version of Terms and Conditions from now on, highlighting the most important bits, as well as a payment and pick up/drop off reminder.

• For this reason I will need everyone to please confirm drop off and pick up times at least 5 days before the booking starts.

• Please note that my nightly rate runs until 12pm every day so if pick up is after noon it starts a new day (see Ts&Cs for additional rates).

• On the Ts&Cs reminder you will also be able to read about my price changes.

• Payments to be made before you collect your dog please!

• Clients will need to provide me with screenshot of vaccination records and proof of worming/flea treatments (or proof of wormcount alternatively)

• Another important highlight I added to the Ts&Cs to please not forget: handovers to not run longer then a very maximum of 5 minutes in consideration of the other dogs in my care.

• I am taking bookings for 2023 and for that I can take on a limited number of new clients now.
However I can’t accomodate puppies under the age of 1.
My diary is still full until the end of October except 2 boarding spaces for 17th-30th September. So new clients only to book for next year please. Thank you!

❗️IMPORTANT INFORMATION❗️

❣️I am fully booked up for boarding until the end of October. If you have an enquiry you can still send it to me and I can put you on the waiting list.

❣️I am not taking on new clients at the moment until further notice.

❣️Being fully booked doesn’t mean I used up all my 4 boarding spaces but that I have reached the number of dogs I can comfortably and safely board together.

❣️Please know that I am unable to message each clients separately with my availability so keep an eye on my Facebook & Instagram or Rover if you’d like to stay up to date please😊

❣️I don’t do daycare anymore only boarding with a minimum of one night stay.

• My boarding diary is now full until the 28th April.

💗 New clients: Next available appointment for a meet and greet is from 20th March. Until a meet and greet happens I can’t book in and secure spaces for new clients.

Hi everyone,

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

♦️Due to the high number of boarding bookings and some confusion around new clients enquiring, I have decided to make out a post about wheather I take new dogs or not.

♦️At the moment my boarding diary is full until the 5th March and my meet and greet diary is full until the 15th March.

This means that now all new clients’ enquiries get the same reply when they message me: that I can set up a date for an introduction meeting but I CANNOT hold the space for anyone until the meeting happens.
❗️This is purely because my regulars always have and always will enjoy priority❗️This is how it is just right.

So if when someone is waiting for their meet and greet appointment and I get a booking from a regular I will give the space to the regular automatically - IF (big if) the mixture of the dogs will be convenient this way!!

♦️ So if anyone gets confused why I won’t keep the space for someone who possibly has their meet and greet scheduled in a month and a half time, this is why, thank you for understanding.
I do say in all my messages to new clients that you all have the option to book with someone else, and I want to be honest and transparent with everyone to not cause any disappointment.

♦️ I want to also make sure you all know that I am carefully monitoring how many new clients I can take and I will put a stop to it when I feel like I can’t take on more.

So🙂➡️

♦️♦️♦️I do take on new clients BUT it’s very limited at the moment who I can accomodate and it is subject to availability and a successful meet&greet/trial day!

Hi all🙋‍♀️

A few very important piece of information for everyone looking to book with me or having an existing reservation already.

🔸February is completely booked up for boarding! If you have a last minute request though, please send it to me and I can put you on my waitinglist.
❗️I also cannot book in any more Meet&Greets for February as all the available slots that I could allocate for these visits are now booked up-again, if any cancellations I can always bring meetings ahead.

🔸 March is full between 19th-31st and has limited spaces throughout the whole month both for boarding and meet and greets.

🔸April, May, June and July all have limited spaces available.

❗️ Due to the many bookings I currently cannot always accomodate puppies under the age of one! They require constant attention and I sometimes won’t book them in if I feel they would keep me from taking proper care of other dogs. So this is subject to a meet&greet and trial day(s) prior to a booking.

❗️ Until a Meet&Greet is done I cannot confirm bookings and I also can’t hold spaces for anybody. This unfortunately also means that if you have a meet and greet scheduled but the space gets booked in for your requested dates I can no longer accept your booking.

I do my absolute best to try and meet up asap with everybody who has an approaching holiday and it’s urgent to finalise petcare, but I can only do this without causing disruption for my boarded dogs with the frequent coming and going in my house.

❗️And so my next point is: please please be aware that I cannot have any meet and greets running longer then an absolute maximum of 20mins!! My boarded dogs are separated in a different room for the length of a M&G and it’s essential they don’t spend too much time alone. If I let you know it’s time to wrap it up please don’t think I am being unwelcoming, I really hope everybody understands this💞 I do send out a reminder form before every M&G to bring attention to this, it is super important for me/us.

❗️ I am not going to collect deposits for bookings except for boarding longer then 2 weeks.

I am however charging a cancellation fee, and by signing your boarding contract you do agree with this fee and everything that my Terms and Condition states, so please be aware🙂

Paperwork doesn’t need to be brought for your M&G(although I thank for my very diligent clients for doing this so🥰) You can bring it with you for when the booking starts or emailing it over.

❤️ Our instagram will soon run a Frequently Asked Questions session daily, this might be of help for many of you so please do join us there. I will save these stories in my Highlights so everyone can look back on them(if I manage to find how to do this😅)


❤️Please bare with me while I try to keep up with messages, on 5 different platform it is not easy- my preferred way of contact is Whatsapp so don’t be shy adding me☺️

❤️ And lastly, this high demand for sitters that I’ve never seen before is due to all the ‘lockdown puppies’ and dogsitters sadly falling out of business at the same time. I so understand the frustration and I WISH I could accomodate everyone but I only have 4 spaces!!
