Good afternoon! Just to let you know that I’m now booked until the end of the year, apart from a few days in October, (1st - 10th and 26th to 31st) which is brilliant news.

Next year, im getting busy already but have nothing after 8 January,
several days in the middle of February, from 24th of March until 4th April, and am booked from 9 - 17 October next year, so if you are thinking of having a well deserved break in 2026, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Should you like me just to walk your dog I am charging £10.00 per hour, plus the petrol to and from Kilchoan at 35p per mile.

I also run a pet and house sitting service, which I charge £30 per day for up to 2 dogs and or cats, plus the fuel at 35p per mile to and from Kilchoan. If you are on Mull, the ferry crossings would be included as well.

If you have more pets and chickens etc, then please do not hesitate to contact me on Messenger and we can come to some amicable arrangement.

Good afternoon, having a lovely day here today. It’s not raining and has been rather warm today to say the least. Cuin managed 2 short walks in his chariot which was really good, he slept most of the day because I’ve got 2 fans blowing on him and he’s pretty cool. After a somewhat busy night, he went to sleep at 4am and got up at 7.30. Went back to bed at about 10.30 this morning and slept without moving a muscle until 2.55, when we went for a dander about in his chariot. As soon as we came in, he went straight to bed again. I went to see Lilian Mackinnon briefly today and then sat outside in the sunshine. We have lots of interesting birds visiting the feeder, mainly juveniles and some adults who spend a lot of time squabbling with each other until the woodpecker arrives and then he takes control and nobody else gets a beak in until he’s finished…that is until the buzzard flies past and they all make a hasty retreat into the bushes.

Today I walked 8.03 miles, 6.36 with the dogs up to Ardmore and the rest without the dogs in Tobermory. Perfect day for ...

Today I walked 8.03 miles, 6.36 with the dogs up to Ardmore and the rest without the dogs in Tobermory. Perfect day for walking, set off at 9 and met 4 people with 2 dogs and 2 different couples doing a quick march through the forest. Almost made it to Glengorm Castle, maybe next time..poochies were really tired and have slept for most of the day.

Today it wasn’t raining, so me and the boys went back to Ardmore and did a 5 mile walk …. Then back to do some odd jobs…

Good morning from a very misty and midgey Acharacle, where I’m looking after the most gorgeous wee poochie called Floraidh. Can’t take her for my usual long yomp, so this morning I took her down to the jetty and back, disturbing 3 hinds and 2 fawns….She is no problem at all and seems to be happy.

Hello, today I’ve had a lovely lazy day with Laurel, who is a real cutie as you can see…Laurel really didn’t want to go walkies and every time I tried to put her harness on, she ran away 🤣so instead I left the door to the house open and I went and sat outside in the garden

Today we thought we were going to the German Camp but there was a lot of water and was a tad boggy - we couldn’t get off the wooden bridge (which has undergone several repairs since March) because there was a really deep puddle and a bog which covered the whole area and as we didn’t have wellies on,we turned back and went up to the Wee Dam. Loads of clegs about again today and it was really humid. Work men were busy at the pipes so we went to investigate. They have made the road a lot wider, have cleaned a lot of gunk off the pipes and have also felled some trees and built a new bridge. By this time Cooper was getting very hot, so we stopped at numerous places for him to get his paws wet and on the way down we went along a path that turned into a stream and a bog, so turned round and continued down to the river where he was trying to not get wet but didn’t succeed - we were chucking sticks in for him and Cooper loves a good stick 🤣 we then walked down to the pier and then back home. Walked 7.7 miles and in spite of the fact they forecasted rain, there was nothing much apart from a few spots and it’s still dry here now.

An extremely wet walk with the pooch today, but she enjoyed it. Took the “slinger” with me and she was racing up and down the beach and jumping into the sea like a loon. We were there for an hour and then walked back via the short loop. Forgot to say that the mystery footprints around the property in the snow (February) belonged to a chap from the Forestry Comission who was walking around assessing the trees to be felled. Phew!
