Hey y’all! I want to firstly thank you for such an incredible summer season. I’ve been quiet here due to having been running around all summer growing great salad for you!
Secondly, I want to share that starting the first weekend of September (next week!) our Fall Jubilant Salad Subscription will begin. It’s a weekly or every-other-week subscription program that works similarly to a CSA where you receive 5 of the best items of that week every order. It includes delivery as a part of the subscription, ensuring peak convenience regardless of if you can make it to the market to pickup. For those that do pick up, we offer a little bonus item from our booth that you get to select every time you pick up, completely free.
I think it’s a great little program that we run, that offers great value at only $25 per order, while also going a long way to support us as well! For those that pay for the season up front, those funds help us make large critical purchases for the farm, and the consistency of having subscriptions helps balance against the shocks of inclement weather, bad markets, etc.
Our fall series will run from September through November, with a great variety of greens, microgreens, and seasonal veggies planned for it. There’s a link in our profile that will take you to a page with more complete information, along with flexible options to signup.
Lastly, we’ll be at the opening day of the new Lakewood location tomorrow, Sunday the 1st, from 9-1! Drop on by, check out the new market, pickup some produce, and ask all your questions about the subscription program!
Thank you again for such an incredible year!

I have some wonderful news y’all…. this week I have one of the best crops of summertime salad greens I have EVER grown.
I changed up a couple things for this crop after struggling with poor yields since spring, and boy oh boy did it work out in a big way.
That’s it, I just wanted to share with you that I have wonderful greens this week, and they’re available for ordering online on our website (jubilantfields.com - link in bio) for pickup or local delivery. Remember, ordering closes 6am Friday!
And because we have a good crop (finally) that means that for all you lovers, you can order them for delivery too! Ordering with profound closes at midnight tonight :)
Thank you for all your support this year, and I’m looking forward to lots more lovely harvests like this!

COME FARM WITH ME!
This farm has now grown to the point where I need to bring on someone to help me grow all this produce!
I’m hiring for a part time position between 10-20hrs per week, working mornings, at $20hr. The plan is for this to grow into a full time position by the end of summer/fall.
Located in Trenton, you’ll get to work in the fresh air, doing meaningful work growing some of the best produce in North Texas.
No experience required! You’ll get to learn all about how to grow and tend these crops alongside me.
The requirements aren’t many. What’s important is that you have a •Good attitude (things certainly don’t always go to plan on the farm, and conditions are not always optimal).
•Ability to often do repetitive work and move quickly. If you’ve worked in kitchens this is a big plus!
•Tolerance of heat! After all, we are in North Texas, and while I avoid working during the worst heat of the day during summer, things still get hot!
•Physical strength! You’ll need to be able to lift 50lbs+. There isn’t lots of heavy lifting here on a (primarily) salad farm, but bins of roots, and potting soil, or bags of fertilizer are heavy.
•Lastly, as my farm is located on my family’s property, respectfulness towards them and their privacy is also important!
If you’re interested, or know someone who might be! Please message me here, or email me at [email protected].
Thank you very much!
