🚨 URGENT – LAST DOG LEFT AT SNOWFLAKE ANIMAL CONTROL 🚨

Scheduled for euthanasia on June 25th

🐾 Hi there… it’s just me now.🐾
Everyone else got out. I’m the last one left at Snowflake Animal Control.

They say I’m scheduled to be euthanized on June 25th, and I don’t really understand why. I’m friendly. I wag my tail. I try to be a good boy. I just… don’t have anywhere to go. 💔

They think I might be a large Aussie mix, but honestly, I just want to be your buddy. I could really use a bath and a good brushing — but what I need most is a safe place to land.

Please… don’t let me be the one they have to say goodbye to. I’ve seen so many others walk out of here to freedom — I want that too. I want to live.

Pip here — the cutest little lovebug you ever did meet! I’m just 10 weeks old and FULL of wiggles, zoomies, and sweet puppy snuggles. I get along great with other doggies, adore kids, and I’ve got the kind of personality that’ll make you melt faster than a popsicle in July. ☀️🐾

But here’s the deal: my foster can’t keep me much longer, and I really need a soft place to land — either a foster home or better yet, a forever family to call my own. 💔🏡

🎉 FREEDOM RIDE SUCCESS 🎉

Look who got his ticket out of the shelter today! This sweet boy is now safe and settling into his foster home — and clearly loving his new chew toy and big yard. 🖤

We originally thought he was just a 5–6 month old pup, but it turns out he’s likely around 1–2 years old. He may not be a baby, but he is just as deserving of love, comfort, and a second chance — and now he finally has it. 💖

A huge thank you to Terri Kinney Schaufer for opening her heart and home. You are a true hero, and because of you, this boy gets to start his new life full of hope.

Stay tuned — his journey is just beginning! 🐾

💙 ROMEO UPDATE 💙

Our brave boy Romeo made it through surgery and is now on the road to recovery after losing his back leg. He’s still groggy but stable, and already showing us just how strong and resilient he is. 💪

Romeo is just a year old and still has his whole life ahead of him—he just needs a soft place to land while he heals. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and ready to start this new chapter with someone who can show him patience, love, and safety.

🏡 We’re still urgently searching for a foster home where Romeo can rest and recover. He doesn’t need much—just a quiet space, gentle care, and someone willing to help him adjust to his new three-legged life.

🙏 If you’d like to help but can’t foster, donations toward his medical care can be made directly to Alta Sierra Veterinary Hospital —every bit makes a difference.

Let’s show Romeo that even though he’s lost a leg, he hasn’t lost his chance at love, comfort, and a second chance.

📣 FOSTERS NEEDED – Mama Mia & Her Adorable Trio! 🐾

This sweet mama, now named Mia, has done an amazing job raising her three beautiful pups – but now it’s her turn to be cared for. She’s ready to hang up her mama hat and enjoy the peaceful, love-filled life she deserves. 💕

Mia is very gentle and loving. She craves attention and pets but isn’t a fan of being penned in. She's a little unsure around men and may need a little time and patience to fully trust. She hasn’t tried to escape, but would thrive in a secure home with someone who understands her sensitive soul. She needs a foster or forever home where she can finally rest and be spoiled. 🥹

Her pups are now ready to venture off on their own and each need a foster home (together or separately) while they wait for their furever families:
🐶 Barron – Our brindle boy! A sweet mix of sass and cuddles.
🐶 Duke – The soft-hearted tan pup. A sensitive soul who loves love.
🐶 Pia – The black-and-white girl with a big personality. Tiny but mighty!

We provide all the food and supplies — you provide the love and a safe space. 💙
