make others a part of your dream. You make a difference! The Lakeroad Ferret Farm Rescue Shelter is located in the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York. Shelter mum Brenda, is the driver and engine of the Ferret Farm. She has loved and cherished ferrets, and their company, for the

past 15 years. According to Brenda, "I haven't met a ferret I didn't like." She continues to love each and every fuzz-butt today as they wait for their Forever Homes at the Shelter. Today I had three ferrets dumped on me, as someone I know is aware that I have ferrets. They are beyond my capacity for their care. One looks fine, the other two 100% have adrenal disease, both need implants. Their necks are swollen, one of the girls neck is red, one had a swollen v***a.

They were bathed, because they were covered in urine, f***s, and fleas. I treated them with kitten Revolution. They were being fed kitten caboodle, I mixed it with Oxbow, that's what my ferrets eat.

The girls found a family to love. They left for their new home on May 20, 2026

Colbie's family stopped by to visit with the ferrets and possibly volunteer. Artoo fell in love with Colbie, Colbie fell in love with Artoo. The 2 of them spent the entire time the family was here together.

Colbie has decided she would like to volunteer with us. Welcome Colbie!
