For those of you who read Amanda’s post on the Drippin Dragons page, here’s the truth and not the drama. I bought some Rankin dragons from her, while I was there they were clearing out everything for the HOA. They had supplies they said I could have, but I gave them an extra 50 because that was all the cash I had on me. Amanda then told her husband to go get the incubator. When he came back, she asked if I would take it and informed me there were tortoise eggs and Rankin dragon eggs in it. She said she was not sure if any eggs would hatch. I asked her outright, do you want me to incubate them and give them to you when they hatch. Her response was, if anyone hatch , no because I can’t have them here. I asked her at least 2 other times if she was sure. Each time came the same response, she did not want them because she could not have them. Fast forward a couple weeks, I bought her setups as well. I believe I paid 900 for those. She had 1 dragon left that a person was supposed to pick up 2 days later. That fell through, so Saturday she delivered Iris. I asked her if she wanted me to pay her for Iris and her words were no you can sell her and put the money towards the others. Fast forward bit and they started talking about moving to South Carolina and the eggs started hatching. When she found that out, all of a sudden she wants them after they hatch. I asked her so many times prior to taking it because I know I get attached to things, especially now. I am not listing everything that has gone on over the past year but it’s been a lot. However, I choose to keep going forward I believe in looking forward and not back. I printed out all 28 pages of our texts and have nothing to hide. She has blocked me from posting any on her posts because she knows she’s wrong. My friend will have them at the expo this weekend if anyone would like to view them. I will not be there, not because of this but because my father was put on hospice care Wednesday, and I choose to be with him because it’s the right place to be and my friend is kind enough to help me out. I am not going to create a dramatic, pitiful me post, but let you read the screenshots for yourself. I did offer to sell her back Chrissy and Hopper and have since rescinded the offer because of all the things she has done, including continually messaging while I am with my dying father, even after I respectfully asked her to stop until I was not with him. She did not, clearly because the texts are 28 pages long. If she had nothing to hide, why block me from speaking out in my defense? She states that she “bonded” with the tortoise. She has seen him once for about 10 minutes. I have cared for it daily since 7/4. I am attaching just some of the many text screenshots.
