Happy World Snake Day! 🐍❤️

Today, July 16, is World Snake Day, and we're slithering with excitement to share a heartwarming story from our November/December 2023 issue!

Meet Scar, a pet Boa constrictor who, despite his owner's best intentions, suffered a nose burn from a small heat lamp. Thankfully, his owner reached out to Steven Kennedy of Steve's Snaketuary in Louisiana – a special place where snakes could live freely and safely!

At the Snaketuary, Scar could enjoy time outside his cage, exploring the grass and climbing trees. He even went on trips to schools and camps to help teach people about snakes! And, best of all, "He loves hanging out on the couch with us," Steven said.
