Full time general labor position available at Babby Farms in Caldwell, Idaho.

Come join our team, and help us take care of all of the amazing animals, various buildings, and surrounding property!

We are hiring! We are looking for individuals who love animals to help us on the farm. On-the-job training is provided, however, experience with animals is a plus. Employees will need to be dependable, with open schedules. Join us, for a fun and educational working environment. We look forward to hearing from you!

Looking for full-time, NON-SEASONAL, permanent position: If you have experience in maintenance, general construction, and/or animal experience, this may be the position for you. We offer competitive market wages, with a starting wage of $15.00+ DOE, medical insurance, and the option of adding vision and dental.

Position available:

General Labor, 7:30/8:30am - Finished, 5 days per week, Manager picks the days off, $15.00 per hour. Hours may vary.

Our big muscular male kangaroo is flexing and ready to meet all the generous visitors tomorrow donating items to support our mission. At Babby Farms, we're dedicated to giving children and adults with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of interacting with a wide range of animals, and your donations help us continue this important work.

What to bring: Clean, gently used items like craft supplies, blankets, toys, fresh produce (apples, carrots, lettuce), cleaning supplies, or gift cards. These donations support our animal care, enrichment activities, and educational programs! Check our website for the full list of accepted donations.

Gunner the Highland calf has been settling in to the Babby Farms atmosphere perfectly and is loving every second of it!

Highland cattle are incredibly hardy and can handle both freezing winters and hot summers thanks to their amazing adaptability.

These two Asian small-clawed otters love splashing around and showing off their incredible swimming skills. Otters can hold their breath for up to 8 minutes and swim at speeds up to 7 mph!

Archie, our Eurasian eagle owl, loves basking in the morning air. It's the perfect time to hang out before the summer heat reaches its peak for the day.

These birds have wingspans up to 6 feet and vision 2-3 times sharper than humans. Perfect for spotting you and your family the next time you come and visit!
