Meet Mr Norman Noodle aka Normy Noodlebutt.

He appeared in our hallway small, hungry and terrified of everything human and it took us 3 months to convince him that we weren't going to hurt him and he didn't have to sneak in to sleep warm, dry and comfortable.

Now it's 18 months later and although he's still very much terrified of everything human he loves me and the husband and sleeps on my head most nights, waking me at 3am for emergency head kisses which he reciprocates, follows me everywhere and brings home all his cat friends for visits.

He's beautiful and brainless, and has way too much energy. We have night time zoomies every night after lock in time (everyone is locked inside at night but gets outside time during the day) while chasing fuzzy ballies, his favourite toy. I've lost track of the number of times I've found him doing weirds. From fishing him out of rubbish bins to coming around a corner to find him playing in a garden sprinklers spray, to falling off the roof of the house or out of a tree to hanging upside down from my dressing gown so I can drag him round the house, from trying to teach him that power cords are not for cars to play with to kissy face whenever he sees me, he is the weirdest, funniest and yet sweetest boy cat ever

He was rolling around being cute to her when i picked the camera but I only caught the end. If you feel sorry for him because he looks like he wants to play with her don’t, he’s usually more likely to give her a snack than play so I don’t blame her for dashing past 🤣
