This morning, I am sad to say that Missi With An I has passed over the Rainbow Bridge. Many moons ago, a friend brought this adorable creature to our apartment home for what I thought would just be a weekend. And, I admittedly didn’t want another pet, but she won my heart that weekend — and the weekend turned into years.
Despite her one eye and diminutive size, Missi's presence was larger than life. Her infectious energy and unwavering loyalty made her a constant source of comfort and companionship. She was a faithful friend who never judged, never wavered, and always knew just how to make you smile.
It's hard to imagine life without Missi, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her. The bond between a pet and their human is a truly special thing.
Missi, joins the elevated soul status with Javier Pup and Miss Sassy Cat. Rest in peace, Missi. You will be deeply missed, but your spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those whose lives you touched.
