Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Network We sponsor shows specifically for pure and partbred Cleveland Bays, and an annual Hunting Day.

Promoting the Cleveland Bay in the Mid-Atlantic Region and beyond through the Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Show Series, Cleveland Bay Hunting Days, expo presentations and other events and activities undertaken by the Cleveland Bay Network. The organization supports the essential registration of purebred Cleveland Bays in the Stud Book of the Cleveland Bay Horse Society of the UK. For the Mid-Atlanti

c Series shows and divisions, purebreds must be fully eligible for entry into the CBHS Stud Book or have been accepted into the Grading Register. Purebreds two and older must be registered with the CBHS or demonstrate that their paperwork has been submitted to compete as purebreds. Partbreds must be able to demonstrate specific Cleveland Bay provenance (including specific pure Cleveland Bay parents/grandparents/great-grandparents) to the satisfaction of the Mid-Atlantic organizers, though registration is not required. Horses with lesser credentials who have been permitted to participate in the past shall be grandfathered in.

Saturday 8 November 2025. Assemble for photos in front of manor house 915-930 AM. Hounds move off at 10. Special cap of $75. Breakfast to the field to follow.

Quick Warrenton and Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Show Series report. Details to follow!

Warrenton Champion - Nobleknolls Lady Adahlia, owned by Susan Warfield, ridden and trained by Sandy Lytle. Adahlia also won a $100 gift certificate to Larkins Leatherworks donated by Maryalice Larkin Matheson Thomas and was High Point Registered Partbred for the day.

Warrenton Reserve Champion - Riots Fabulous, owned by Brighton Craig, ridden and trained by Bonnie Barr-Briggs.

Warrenton High Point Registered Purebred was Bellavista Chancellor, owned, trained and ridden by Sarah Kirk. Sarah also won a $100 gift certificate from Larkins.

Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Series Champion and winner of the Alexander Mackay-Smith Perpetual High Point Trophy - Nobleknolls Lady Adahlia. Adahlia also won a halter and engraved nameplate donated by Marcia Brody/ Magnific Sporthorses on behalf of the Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Network. Adahlia also received the high point sash for the series for registered partbreds.

Mid-Atlantic Series Reserve Champion was Tiny's Shadowmere, owned by Susan Warfield, ridden by Emily Lanigan and trained bynRobin Wyman.

Series High Point Registered Purebred was Bellavista Chancellor. Series High Point Reserve was Ga***rd Virtuoso.

Series Reserve High Point Registered Partbred was Frostyoak Dare to Dream, owned and ridden by Taylor Hayes, trained by Maria Ludwig Hayes.

Classes for In Hand Purebred and Partbred, Progeny (2 horses representing either same sire or same dam), Under Saddle, Hunter Hack and Over Fences.

The Cleveland Bay Division has been generously sponsored by Bellavista Cleveland Bays and Logan Daisey-Harkins, Pleasant Prospect Farm of Brookeville, MD and the Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Network.

Special awards to be presented by Maryalice Larkin Matheson Thomas and Larkins Leatherworks in Marshall, VA to the High Point Purebred and High Point Partbred for the Warrenton Division.

Idlehour Safari award to be presented to the High Point Purebred for the series.

Championship rosettes will also be awarded for the show and series to the High-Scoring Registered Purebred and Partbred.
