Happy 10th Birthday to our sweet little cherub. You bring us so much happiness and at times heart ache. You're a cheeky little thing, a fighter, a rascal, very naughty at times. You always greet us with your favorite toy but we know you won't be sharing. 🤣 You have a happy little face and stinky breath but lots of cuddles and kisses for us always. We love you to the moon and back.

A little news about Pebbles.

2 Nights ago I came home late from work and went to go to bed but noticed Pebbles wasn't around.

I found her shaking and hiding in the lounge room. Drops of blood throughout the house and found it was running out of her bottom. Vomit also. She could barely walk. 😔 11pm and off we went to emergency at Animal Referal Hospital Homebush, A place she knows too well.

Our poor baby was suffering from Haemorrhagic diarrhea and vomiting. Her large intestine was full of blood. Her intestines showed thickening throughout. Her waste had Strunk so much during the day. We were warned it could be cancer, she could become septic and we could loose her. Her red blood count was high and we were told she may loose oxygen to her body parts. It's all been very frightening and stressful.

She spent the last 2 days and nights on a drip, lots of medications and blood tests, no food and is still slightly bleeding but they felt the treatment went OK and that she had improved enough to send her home at lunch time today.

Please send our Pebbles good recovery vibes. She's eaten a little and appears more spritely and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

PS, yes you may have seen me out enjoying my day today. That was me being brave, spending time with my mum and dad whilst Rob took care of going to the hospital to temp her to eat something and bring her home. I definitely needed some cheering up.
