These artisans never duplicate designs, so you are truly purchasing a piece of art. Weavers use local elephant grass and hand dye the grass using natural pigments and mineral dyes. By purchasing a basket you are greatly helping the weavers in Africa to provide health care for their families, school supplies for their children and further build community weaving centres for several villages of weavers. Our foam mattress' are made in Australia and comply with SIDS standards, so you can rest easy knowing that your little cub is sleeping safely. In the name of sustainability, we encourage you to re-use the moses baskets for toy-storage, keeping linens, clothes, or as a bed for your pets or dolls!
