I believe this. I have for awhile. Most board and trains that come through that show high stress and nervousness come with an owner that feels the need to contact me every day or every other day to check on how their dog is doing and tells me how much they miss their dog. The dogs that are more emotionally stable are owned by people that are happy with a weekly update. Genetics always play a role in things but their environment does too.

People and dogs whose personalities are perfect representations of one another: a serene pet parent with a similarly smooth little guy or a cordial pet
