Wilderness Beagles is a kennel run by Diana Cazier and Cheyenne Wohlschlegel. They are both AKC breeders of Merit.

Diana has been breeding dogs for 25+ years and Cheyenne is her granddaughter who has been helping her for 15+ years.

Meet "Saturn"! He is from our most recent litter who is now 5 months old! And he's still looking for a home! We held onto him through the holidays to make things a little easier on ourselves but it's time for him to find his people. He is very sweet and pretty mellow. He loves to trot around the house with a toy in his mouth or pick on his sister. He hasn't met anyone he doesn't like, human or animal. We are so behind on posting our newest litter who turned 9 weeks old this week! They are sired by our "Buzz", CH Wilderness Windkist Shoot the Moon, out of "Ivy", GCH Wilderness Poison Ivy. These puppies have been a lot of work but have also been so rewarding. They are growing like weeds and will soon be headed off to their new homes.

Here's them having their first time out on the grass playing with their mom and grandma, "Rosie".

3/2010-7/5/224 RIP Pete
What can I say about Pete the Peester? He peed out the front of his crate until he was at least 3 years old! He was so much a “Momma’s boy” that Craig had to show him and I had to hide. After he finished and when we were on our way to the National, he had some sort of freak accident and broke his neck. Becca took care of him and when we got home he could barely walk with help. But he got better and for the rest of his days lived as “honored house dog”. He walked kind of weirdly and his tail was straight. His name came from the fact that he had Parker on both sides. I was proud to be his breeder/owner.

We're a little behind on posting but we have babies! Almost 15 weeks ago our "Sugar", GCH Wilderness Sugar Rush had 3 beautiful puppies sired by "Victor", GCH Glade Mill L'Attente the current #8 15" beagle in the US!! Our boy, Finnick, is tentatively staying with us. But his sisters, Lucy and Katniss, we've finally decided to let go to their new homes! It's been so hard to decide who to keep and who to let go from this litter and so these girls are also available to approved show, performance, or pet homes.

I AM WILLING TO HELP YOU FIND AN ETHICAL BREEDER!

Whether that is another Beagle breeder (especially since my waitlist is closed) or a breeder of any other breed! I’m ALWAYS more than happy to help ANYONE who wants to find an ethical breeder. All you have to do is ask! It takes almost no time and I’m always happy to answer ANY question you have.
You found a breeder you like but you’re not 100% sure? Send me their kennel and I’ll double check for you.

You’re interested in a purebred but you’re not sure what breed will best fit your lifestyle? Well tell me how much time you can put into grooming, training, and exercise and we will narrow it down to a few breeds.

You’ve never looked into purchasing from a breeder but you’re interested? Ask me anything and I’ll tell you what it’s like and what’s to be expected.

You want a second set of eyes for the contract with your breeder? Send it on over and we can go over it together!

I AM ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.

Please just ask, unethical breeders are much too damaging to all pure breeds to continue to be unknowingly supported through lack of consumer knowledge.

And yes, I will also help you find a RESPONSIBLE RESCUE. One who is purely in it to help dogs in need!

There are many rescues who purchase from irresponsible breeders and then "adopt" the puppies out at a higher cost than what they paid. They will lie and say it is to help cover costs of other dogs. This is called RETAIL RESCUE. Therefore Retail rescue STILL supports irresponsible breeding practices!

Don't be shy, your question could be one that many others also have and its always so productive to get conversations started around sourcing an ethical breeder or any questions or concerns you have around that.

We have new babies! These six cuties are out of "Rosie" CH Wilderness Cracklin' Rosie by "Oliver" Wilderness The Green Arrow! They were born two weeks ago and we are loving every minute of it!

Alright friends, we are looking for homes for a couple of our retirees. "Carly" CH Wilderness Windkist Anticipation would love nothing more than to live on someone's couch. She is 3 years old, loving and fun but she is not always the smartest. She is the mother of our younger litter of puppies from this year. Feel free to PM us for more information.

It's the "big kids" half birthday! So happy 6 months to Amara, Noble, Milo, Bentley, and Claire! ❤Here's Amara all dressed up for the 4th🇺🇲! (She's unimpressed, I however am very impressed 😂)

Officially introducing Wilderness So Get This..., "Amara"! Can't wait to start showing this little brat in July. See her at the puppy match in Blackfoot and in the ring in Casper, WY in July!
