I haven’t posted here in YEARS

But I’m hoping this year is going to be a banner year for harvesting, and that I can share what I’ve learned over the last couple years 🩵🩵

Starting with…beet leaves are edible! That’s great news for me because the actual beets were unremarkable to say the least😂 Tonight we harvest carrots, onions, immature garlic, and various herbs to make a chicken soup ☺️
