Many of you know that part of Los Solano's mission is to support the Maine Recovery Program at Los Solano Ranch. A not-for-profit 501 c 3 dedicated to giving people a place to come and enjoy the horses, animals, nature--have a therapeutic guided experience with horses. We support those with PTSD, addiction, MH, Intellectual Disabilities, Veterans, kids, adults-everyone:) To do this, we rely on donations and the community's support. One of our biggest local supporters is Bob Jett. Bob is the owner of R.A. Jett Construction.. Bob has brought his equipment to Maine Recovery Program at Los Solano Ranch quite a number of times to help dig a trench, help build a run in for the horses, and so on. Bob's creative mind has created innovative solutions to save us money and time. From his barn stall manure shaker, gate openers--he is a McGyver in the flesh. Bob will show up and unload, go to work, and make the Maine Recovery Program at Los Solano Ranch a better place for the people we serve. This past week, Bob and his crew built Hay Huts for the paddocks. We are incredibly grateful for Bob!! If you need a good contractor, better yet, a good contractor run by an honets, caring person, R.A. Jett out of New Hampshire is your place to go.

Meet Silv Gun Slinger aka Gunner
8 year old quarter horse available for on farm half lease. Gunner is a super sweet boy who will try his best for his rider. He is great with any level but I would like an experienced rider or a intermediate that is willing to work with our trainer on the ranch. He is currently working on getting more comfortable in his canter but his walk and trot are great. Lease will consist of 3 days a week that we can discuss together along with price. He is mainly western but does goes English. I can provide a saddle for both disciplines along with bridles and saddle pads. Please DM for more information!
