‼️The Police say: ‼️ if you see a dog locked in a car in very hot weather, take pictures, take screenshot of the actual temperature and then smash the window‼️ This way you won't be charged with criminal damages and the police will have evidence to take the owners of these dogs to the courts.
" The action of breaking the window to save an animal is considered legitimate on the basis of article 54 of the penal code which, in these cases, recognizes the state of necessity ".
