Are you looking to adopt 1 cat? 😍 Clementine is looking for her forever home - with no other animals or young children.

Clementine is 2 years old. She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, dewormed and fully vet checked. FIV/FeLV negative.

She’s a loving, playful and independent girl. She came to us overweight but with our vet’s guidance, the right food (vet diet) and portion control, she’s down 4 pounds already.

She is looking for a home with:

🍊 No other pets
🍊 No young children
🍊 A family that will be 100% committed to helping her continue her weight loss journey
🍊 A family that is understanding and respectful of a cat’s boundaries and body language. She loves attention and to be pet on her own terms.

We’re keeping travel distance limits open as long as an interested family is within a reasonable driving distance from Cornwall, ON.

Sharing for Leo’s corner and DogMinds !

Saturday December 6th!!!
Leo’s corner is celebrating 15 years of organizing donated items and donating all proceeds to local animals and shelters in need! There will be tons if stuff and raffle items too!

Andrea has an entire room of her house dedicated to donated gently used and new dog items. She measures, cleans, photographs, and takes these items to local events. People pay what they think the item is worth, and 100% of proceeds go to local animal rescues. Last year alone she raised $7000!

Please come out on Dec 6 10-2 and make the 15 years anniversary a big fundraiser. She will have all sorts of coats, boots, collars, leashes, bowls, grooming items, kennels, toys, p**p bag holders ect ect ect…

It will be a great day!

Here in Kingston and throughout Canada we remember the sacrifices made, and the bonds formed in service and in peace. We’re grateful for those who walked the hardest paths so we could live in freedom.

From all of us at Pet Parade Plus including every wagging tail and soft purr — thank you. We will not forget.

The Jane Goodall Institute has learned this morning, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, that Dr. Jane Goodall DBE, UN Messenger of Peace and Founder of the Jane Goodall Institute has passed away due to natural causes. She was in California as part of her speaking tour in the United States.

Dr. Goodall’s discoveries as an ethologist revolutionized science, and she was a tireless advocate for the protection and restoration of our natural world.
