Happy Memorial Day weekend! 🇺🇸

We hope your barns have been safe from storms and full of babies!! We have been busy at work on a couple new projects and of course always working on our bettering our breeds. Can you find our newest breed amongst these? 🙈

Spring cleaning ✅
Now that we are through the hustle and bustle of back to back weekends of nationals we took this weekend to deep clean our barn. Cages were burned and pressure washed, bowls and trays pressure washed, floor swept (x100), and we dusted the AC , fans, and rafters! We ended the day after dark but we are so glad to have this done! And, we are so lucky to have a helping family, even the ones who aren’t in the rabbit habit came out and helped for a could hours ❤️

Went to the Capital City / Salt City show in Hutchinson KS today. We took Silver Fox and Holland Lops. Our friend, Erica of Barnes Bunnies shows our Holland Lops while I showed the Silver Fox. I’m very happy with how we did with our Silver Fox placings today. Thanks for riding along and helping get the Hollands on the tables!

We took a few rabbits out to Garden City this weekend and had some nice placings!! Between shows A and B we got several variety wins, 3 Best of Breeds, 3 Best Opposite’s, and a 2nd Reserve in Show!! Big thanks to the judges today and the club.
We’re sad to see Windy Plains disperse after 28 years but are so grateful for opportunity we had to be apart of the club while we were just starting out in rabbits.

In 2024 we kicked off the new year with a new Polish Specialty club for Kansas and neighboring states founded by a dear friend in the hobby. As a club, we have mentioned ideas for t-shirts and are so excited to be sharing them now! Our club would love the support of anyone interested! Even if you aren’t able to shop, a simple share would help immensely to get our name out! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions for membership or questions about the store ☺️
