Animal Rescue Connections is an all-foster based organization in Bulverde, TX with volunteers who are passionate about our foster & adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs. Animal Rescue Connections advocates for animals and seeks to educate and assist the community in all aspects of animal rescue. šŸ¾ Meet Imogen ā€” our longest-stay kitty (and sheā€™s ready for forever!) šŸ¾

Hi, Iā€™m Imogenā€”a shy little softie with a big ā€œletā€™s be friends!ā€ heart. I may start out cautious, but once I trust youā€¦ watch outā€”Iā€™m a belly-rub champion! šŸ’› If we click, Iā€™ll flop down and invite you to pet my lower tummy.

Quick heads-up: if you reach for my upper chest, I may get extra excited and go for a tiny ā€œnibbleā€ of excitement. But donā€™t worryā€”I wonā€™t hurt you. My teeth were removed because they used to cause me pain, so Iā€™m safe, sweet, and pain-free (truly!).

Iā€™m a total joy in the home: I love gentle pets, brushing, and Iā€™m also a toy enthusiast. And yesā€¦ Iā€™m a top-tier cuddlerā€”the kind of kitty who makes your day better without even trying.

šŸ“ The big thing: Imogen has been in foster care since she was a kitten in 2020ā€”the longest of our hearts. We adore her, but we donā€™t want her waiting any longer. She deserves a forever home where she can truly relax and be celebrated every day.

Our kittens are raised in foster homes, not cages. They spend their days learning to trust people, playing with toys, cuddling with their foster families, and getting used to everyday life in a home. šŸ¾ Meet Sir Fluffington! šŸ¾

This beautiful BIG Russian Blue boy is settling in at ARC, and heā€™s been through a lot. When he first arrived, he hid in his caveā€”but now, surrounded by people who adore him, heā€™s come out of his shell! šŸ’™ He loves head rubs and being given all the loving pets.

āœØ Sir Fluffington is 3 years old and has special needs:
āœ… He is Feline Leukemia/FIV positive and will need to be:
ā€¢ The only cat in the home, or
ā€¢ With a companion cat who is also FELV positive
He may also be able to live happily with a cat-friendly dog.

šŸ“¦ Right now, heā€™s in a crate that just isnā€™t enough for the long termā€”and he desperately needs a home.
