Founded in Metter, GA in 2018, Paws, Hearts and Hands of Candler County, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization established for the purpose of preventing animal cruelty in Candler County. The organization and its members will attempt to reach this objective by enhancing the quality of animal life, educating the public regarding responsible pet ownership, increasing public awareness of companion animal overpopulation issues, and supporting and subsidizing high quality shelter, medical, spay/neuter and adoption services for animals. �
