6 Oct - 3 Nov - Pumpkins and Potions Trail at High Force Waterfall (dogs are also welcome in the hotel bar)
16 Oct - 3 Nov: Hexham Skull Trail and Haunted Halloween Decorations at Hexham Old Gaol (this is a fully indoor event and dogs are permitted indoors)
16 Oct - 3 Nov: Berwick Bat Trail and Haunted Halloween Decorations at Berwick Museum and Art Gallery (this is a fully indoor event and dogs are permitted indoors)
26 Oct - Halloween Doggy Spooktacular at Weetslade Park
26 - 31 Oct - Pumpkin & Wicked Wildlife Trails at Northumberlandia
27 Oct - HOWL-O-WEEN for dogs at Land of Oak and Iron
28 Oct - 3 Nov - FREE Scarecrow Trail at Ford and Etal. Dogs are also permitted in many attractions here including the Hay Heavy Horse Farm and Heatherslaw Light Railway (check opening times)
26 Oct - 3 Nov - Brilliant Bats Trail at Gibside
October Half Term - Sunderland Festival of Lights is dog friendly
October Half Term - Halloween Half Term Events (daytime) at Belsay Hall and Castle
October Half Term - Halloween Half Term Events (daytime) at Warkworth Castle
Across October - Dogs are welcome at Spilman’s Pumpkin Festival
Across October - Broom House Farm Forest Adventure is dog friendly
Across October - Dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas, Sun Inn Pub, Drovers Tavern & transport
Across October - Dogs are welcome to join you on a walk around Raby Castle Deer Park. It looks stunning at this time of year
