So while this isn’t my photo…. Tonight I held an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. I’ve never seen one in my yard before. A visit from the Tunes I suspect.

I want to thank each and for your caring thoughts these past few days. I miss my girl, of course, and I am totally amazed by the sheer volume of you that followed her life. Who knew that a tiny little stray from Texas could capture the hearts of people across the world? She touched so many with her gentle soul and loving heart. I was so blessed to have to have been the hu-mom and to have shared in her adventures and love. God bless you Tunes.

It’s a new adventure for Miss Tunes. But she’ll meet up with Rynnie and the Sisters will adventure together at the Bridge.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Tunes is having a hard time with her hips. Slipping a lot and she’s so independent…. She jumped out of bed a couple days ago and hurt her hip. Now she’s limping and slipping. The time, I fear, is close to when I have to say goodbye. Keep her in your prayers.

It’s Tunes Gotcha Day! She’s slowing down but still loves her walks, homemade meals, and her cat. I’m thankful she allows me to belong to her and more thankful for Texas Husky Rescue for allowing me the joy of being her forever! Happy Gotcha Day my beautiful girl!!!!
