After almost 19 years we are saying farewell to an industry that has been so good to us. We have made some incredible lifelong friends. We have learned a lot about correct structure and soundness not only in goats but all livestock. We have had some great years, some tough times, plenty of laughs and of course tears. We are selling the remainder of our herd including our herdsire, 2M Boer Goats River's Edge ENNOBLED, in the Legendary Sale on August 2nd. I hope you can join us there to say goodbye and maybe take home your own ASHS doe. This doe is just one of the colorful girls you will see. Selling her bred/exposed pending blood test. ABGA 10923588

After 19 years we have decided to conclude our journey with ASHS Boer Goats. We treasure the friendships and lessons we have learned along the way. The plan is to sell our very best in the August Legendary Sale in Ohio. 2M Boer Goats River's Edge ENNOBLED will be among those offered. We may have a few select goats to sell off the farms but will be making those decisions later this spring. These animals will always hold a special place in my heart but as we all know life moves on. Power (aged 8) and Flame (age 9 listeriosis doe) will live out their days here.

I’d like to thank all the bidders and especially the Bishop family, the Perchinski family and Nikki Knopp for your purchases. All lots sold except for 19, who might just have been destined to stay being my only fullblood Power daughter. He turns 8 in a couple months so I am happy to add another daughter to the breeding program. Thank you Sherrie for putting the sale on! We are down to 15 total head!!!

Both boys have had a great Buckwheat Festival. Today is the finale as we say goodbye to our steers as these projects are finished. We hope to see you at the Cow Palace this afternoon. Sale starts at 4:00 with Lane's steer selling 5th and Ty's selling 8th. Very proud of both of them and their accomplishments.

All of the kids of the PCLA have worked so hard and what better way to support our youth than to show up for them tonight. The livestock kids will always hold a special place in my heart. They know hard work, determination and how to set goals and go out and accomplish those goals!
