Sheesh, what a storm!!! Apologies to anyone who has been trying to contact us. Our Hydro went out Friday evening and just came back on about an hour ago. Our wifi was out and the cell signal was extremely weak or non existent. I am aware of several people who texted and called but were unable to contact us. There are likely more….
Our cell signal is still pretty weak so if you are trying to contact us our email [email protected] may be the best option at this time.
Our generator didn’t work, not sure why yet and we lost many beautiful, old trees and parts of our fencing, some minor damage to our deck. However, we are all safe and well and feeling thankful and relieved.
Many thanks to our wonderful neighbours who not only cleared our road of fallen trees, but also supplied us with water and are clearing away and cutting up the branches that fell on our deck and near our house.
For all those who are still without power we hope that your Hydro service is safely restored very soon!

It was love at first sight for Katie & Charlie. They are both very endearing, fairly laid-back and affectionate Sheepadoodles. Katie weighs in at 45 lbs and Charlie is just under 30 lbs now. So we’re expecting their upcoming mini Sheepadoodle puppies to average about 35 lbs at maturity. They’ll be non shedding and adorable!
We’re so excited and looking forward to meeting their mini Sheepadoodle puppies late April to early May.

Currently a few puppy placements open at this time.

I have fed and recommended a particular USA manufactured dog food for many years because my dogs and puppies have always done well on it. Unfortunately the price has crept up so much that with feeding multiple dogs it’s getting out of reach. If it‘s price goes up another 25% I don’t feel that it is worth it for me to continue with it.

So I recently made the switch to a Canadian made dog food and this allows me to continue supplementing my dogs diet with the human grade poultry, meat, vegetables and fruits that they love and also benefit from.

If you are looking for Canadian dog food this list may save you some time and be a good place to start. If your dog has special dietary requirements and/or is doing very well on their current food if may be wiser not to switch the food.

I’m so blessed to have such lovable, playful dogs in my life. They add so much fun to my days. They don’t seem to mind humouring me and wearing silly outfits so I thought I would share a few, random pictures from our walks this Christmas season.
Some of these beauties are fairly naked as I am in the midst of grooming my pack. It does seem odd to shave down doodles but it makes keeping them clean and dry much easier as we’ve had mud and then snow and now rain and more mud. :-)

I hope that you are all enjoying this holiday season and are able to spend some time playing with your dogs. :-)

💕 Happy Woofy Wednesday with Charlie ~ mini/med Sheepadoodle puppy boy 🐾

Charlie recently discovered eating some of his food from one of his “tricky treat” toys. He was unsure of it all until our very exuberant Old English Sheepdog, Maggie gave him a lively demonstration of how it’s done 😂

It’s interesting to watch them becoming friends as Maggie is such an enthusiastic, bouncy OES and Charlie is such a laid back mini Sheepadoodle puppy. 💕

💕💕 Puppy Updates: It’s been a busy few weeks around here lately with the adorable little Heffalump ~ Golden Mountain Doodle ~ Tucker joining his new family. And then the following weekend sweet Max (now Mac) ~ Olde English Goldendoodle puppy boy joined his new family as well. Both pups have settled in nicely and are enjoying their adventures. It was a pleasure to meet their wonderful, loving families and to receive their happy, glowing puppy updates! 💕🐾
