️A HEARTBREAKING PLEA FOR HELP

Dear friends and kind-hearted strangers,supporters.
With a very heavy heart, I am writing a message I never imagined I would have to share. As many of you know, my life has been dedicated to rescuing and caring for dogs who had nowhere else to go.
Today, there are 35 precious souls depending on me — seniors, the frightened ones, the playful ones, the ones who finally learned to trust again.
But I am now facing a serious illness that has made it impossible for me to continue running the shelter. My body can no longer do what my heart still desperately wants to.😪 And because of this, I must close the shelter.
This decision is breaking me — not for myself, but for the dogs who look at me every day with hope and love in their eyes. I am terrified of failing them. And so I am reaching out, humbly and urgently, asking for your help.🙏🙏
🐾 35 dogs need to be taken care of by takingover, fostering and placing in boarding.
🐾This is call for help toward rescue organizations and individual rescuers who would be able to overtake some of the dogs. Even taking over two dogs would be of tremendous help...
🐾Also if you can open your home to even one of them — temporarily or forever — you will be giving them a miracle. Every single placement matters.
🐾 Donations for boarding, and care are desperately needed.🙏
🐾For the dogs who can’t be placed right away, I need help covering boarding, food, and veterinary care. I am doing everything I can to keep them safe, but I cannot carry this alone anymore.
🐾 Help with rehoming and sharing their stories.
If you can network, share, transport, or connect with rescues, your support will give these dogs a chance to be seen and saved.
I have poured my entire heart, time, and life into these 35 dogs. Letting go is agonizing — but losing them is unimaginable. Please, if you can help in any way, big or small, it will mean everything to me…🙏 and everything to them...

❗️🆘️ URGENT HELP NEEDED 🆘️❗️
This dog needs us urgently 🙏He was founded by some people lying helpless on the side of the road in the mountain....Left to die alone in agony😪...He was brought to the vet clinic exhausted,dehydrated with a deep wound on his leg full of worms that were eating him to the bone...😪
Can you imagine the pain he is in?How long he has been suffering?His eyes, says that he has given up on life...It's heartbreaking...I just cannot see his suffering 😢
Friends the conditions is serious, his life is in danger!The wound is infected and there is a danger of sepsis. I have never seen anything like this. Hundreds of worms coming out of the wound and I don't know how he's still alive. The doctor cleaned the wound, he was put on intensive therapy and kept in a clinic.
Friends I am not able to take take care of him...but I can't even let him to die I😪I can only pray for help and for his life🙏.Now he needs us all together.He is currently at the vets waiting for more treatments and examinations. Let us save this gentle giant. 🙏I named him Achilles from greek mythology.

🆘❗CALL FOR HELP ❗

This is how every day starts for us! They are hungry and call for me as soon as they hear me approach. I have this heaviness in my heart when I see and hear them. These innocent living beings are my responsibility and I have to secure enough funding to feed them. I know I ask for help often, but I have to - I mostly receive donations from a few regulars who I appreciate so much, but it is simply not enough...

We're almost at the end of the month and I have to pay rent for the shelter.

Over the last few months people have left 15 puppies, thrown outside the shelter. I am unable to care for this many dogs on my own, it's simply not possible. They need houses, vaccines etc.. On top of all this, I have 5 dogs that must be neutered, dogs that need medicine, worming tablets... My debt to local vets keeps growing as their illnesses cannot wait, and I have to put their health first.

❗ bottom line is, friends - I need help. I cannot go on like this. ,❗

Over 40 dogs expect food, shelter and most of all, love and care. I am stretched so thin and I cannot fail them. I am all they have right now.

📣 THANK YOU for a fantastic year!! 🐾

We always try to start the New Year with happiness and gratefulness with hope it will be more successful and better than last.
I look back at what made me happy and what made me sad, and realize it's all part of the circle of life! ✨
For me this past year is among one of the best years ever.
Blue brothers💙💙...Finally the day come for them to come to USA.Now they have mom and dad who love them endlessly.
Ginger has the best foster mom ever.
I was honored to meet some of my resqued dogs Bianca, Zara,Kara Cony,Lokey, Altan Lisa, Meko,Ginger Zorya,Meeka,Olivia🧡🖤❤🤎💜💙💚I meet Christine Johnson, Reyna's mom we spent wonderful time together.
Maybe next year I will meet the others dogs 🤗
All this would have been impossible without the help of One Starfish Conection organization, Marti Jim,Tatyana Igor,and all members and supporters.

Thanks to all of you who were with me in the most difficult times, when I was struggling how to provide food and how to pay for the vet bills.

New and old friends, you give me strength to keep going!
The road will be difficult ahead, but I KNOW that WITH YOU WE CAN RACE AHEAD, together! ✨

❤️ Lina's story ❤️
Last week Lina was operated, by the only vet who accepted to do the operation, as the others said it was too risky..

She is doing well, in some pain still for the next two weeks and receiving treatment to alleviate the pain and help with girl! 💖

Thank you all for your support! Her operation was 300EUR and we still owe 100EUR to the vet to cover the expenses. Every euro helps and we're so grateful for all of you who contributed already and who encouraged us to help Lina ✨💗💞🐕

Lina will be able to live a full and active life after this! ☀️
She will also be looking for her forever home, so please keep us and her in mind 🍀

☀️ Lina's story 🍀

I found Lina rummaging through garbage bags on the side of the road, after I got a call that her and another puppy were seen in the area close to the shelter.
When I found her, I immediately noticed that she was limping and that her back left leg was not in use. 💔

I took her to the vet and we did an X-ray that showed that she has been hit approximately 10 days ago, and the leg started to heal but in the wrong way.
It is ❗crucial ❗that she gets operated ASAP because as she grows the leg might become useless and she might start dragging it.

The operation that has to be done is complicated and will be long, but I believe that Lina deserves the chance to save her leg and have a long and beautiful childhood ✨❤️, to run free and play without pain.

🙌This is why I need your help to make sure that Lina gets to discover the world pain-free and hopefully after healing, find her forever home too!
🐕Lina is 2.5 months old, and needs all the support she can get to grow strong ❤️

This is MISSY- found dumped in a landfill waiting to die...

Missy is Leishmaniasis positive ➕ but she received treatment 1 year ago so the infection is under control. ✅
She needs to take Allopurinol every day for the rest of her life and the illness will not cause her any symptoms, nor will it affect her quality of life! ❤️

Despite the Leish, Missy is in an excellent health condition, she eats with passion, insists on cuddles all the time, ❤ and ABSOLUTELY LOVES going for walks ✨
She is super smart and friendly, 4 years old, neutered.
🐈🐕 Gets along with dogs, cats & kids! 👶
