Thank you Joan for making this decision.

Due to the ongoing devastation of the LA fires the 2025 CDS Awards Dinner and Symposium will be rescheduled to a different date in 2025. Glenda will look at potential dates that will work for everyone.

The CDS Board meeting will be at the same time listed but via Zoom (Cancel your airline tickets)
The Chapter Round Table discussions will be on the same day listed but Via Zoom with the Northern, Central and Southern Directors Hosting. Paula will send out notifications and zoom links. Paula and Diana will mail out refund cheques for those 17 people that have registered.
There will be new registration when the new dates become available.

Our hearts go out to everyone who has lost homes, loved ones and pets. We are heartbroken for you. The videos on facebook are heartbreaking and some are heartwarming.
We are so inspired by the noble actions of those helping with the huge unprecedented fire in Los Angeles.

Kildarra Equestrian Center Regrets to inform everyone that our October 29th - 31st Conrad Schumacher Clinic will not happen this year - hopefully reschedule to the spring
BUT
we are Having Debbie Mc Donald replace him for our great group of riders so we can still have a great educational event.
Auditors will be welcome but PLEASE preregister - more info to follow on how.

Congratulation to ODS & CDS Member and Board Member along with Competitor Karen Piper on earning her Gold Medal at the recent Twin Rivers Chapter of Oregon Dressage Society Summer Solstice show held at Silver Tail Farm.
Karen imported her now 15 year old PRE Andalusian gelding Ureo VII from Spain in February of 2023. While in Spain Ureo VII showed successfully at the Grand Prix level.
Karen writes...
"He and I did the Intermediare 1 last year with qualifying scores. He knows so much more than I do and helps me get thru these difficult tests !!! I have worked since 1995 when I quit eventing, for my bronze, silver, and now gold. This is the best horse I have owned and he is a super star !!"

Marin Chapter was honored to host a Century Ride for Kathy Maylin and her lovely 29 year old horse Beau. Congratulations to you both a combo of 100 years. We were so honored you chose our Chapter to share this with you.

A wonderful day at Woodbridge Farm for the Annual Marin Chapter Show. Thank you to all of our participants as well as a big thank you to everyone who works so hard to put on the show. It was a great day!
