❤️🐾 Frederick 🐾❤️

Meet Frederick!!! This little guy is approximately 10 weeks old. He is a lab/pit bull mix and came to us after being trapped in a storm drain with her siblings. Unfortunately Mom and Dad are very feral, and they were not able to be trapped yet, but these littles were brought to safety with 5 of their siblings.

Frederick is a typical puppy- playful, adventurous, curious, and full of love. He loves to play with his toys, is a more chill dude, and will not turn down a good cuddle sesh.

Like his sister, Frederick is very food motivated and is working hard on his puppy manners. He is working on her house training. He is also doing very well learning how to walk with a leash.

Frederick is great with meeting new canine pals and has been respectful of the resident chickens.

We have been at a standstill for days now. We raised $750 so far, exactly half of what our goal was.

Can you help us raise the other half by Friday night?!?!

💰Scratch Ticket Raffle- WINNER TAKES ALL💰

It’s back!! The last time we did a scratch ticket fundraiser we raised over $1500, and this time we would love to meet that again or beat it because this fundraiser is not just for fun, it’s bigger than that.

To be honest, the reason we decided to do this wasn’t just to raise much needed funds. We were asked by a long-time donor’s family who sadly passed away, to do a fundraiser in their honor. They donated $300 and asked us to purchase that value in scratch tickets and raffle them off- what a kind gesture!

Since we opened, we have done various raffles, including silent online auctions, a winner takes all raffle of various libations and scratch tickets, Patriot’s tickets, etc. This donor donated every single time- didn’t matter what type of fundraising raffle it was- they donated. They just loved the chance to win, but more so, loved where the money went. They never won, but they didn’t care! They just wanted us to raise as much as we could to support or foster pals and future pals in need.

They knew how much rescuing meant to their loved one, and felt this was a fun way to honor them and also continue their passion.

Honestly, this fundraiser is much needed for the rescue. We have a lot of vetting going on for our forever foster pals and mouths to feed. We need to continue our mission, but it’s very hard with the economy today, and donations at an all time low.

Starting today, and until July 9th, let’s raise some money for the rescue! Our goal is $1500 and we need all the help we can get to reach that goal- maybe even surpass it (which would be PAWSOME!!!).

Each raffle entry is $10. You can purchase as many as you want!

To enter you simply make a donation to one of our platforms, and make sure to put “raffle” in the notes! On the evening of July 11th, we will do a drawing online.

❤️🐾 Cosmo 🐾❤️

Meet Cosmo!!

This handsome 5 year old, purebred German Shepard is looking for a new home.

Cosmo is an all around great pal! Unfortunately, he is not fitting into his pack of 4 other pals in the home, and it would be best to find a home to meet his needs.

This boy is not only gorgeous but a great companion! While we believe he will thrive in a home with no other dogs, he could *potentially* be okay with a pal outside of the home but will need a proper meet and in a controlled environment.

Cosmo is great with people of all ages, and doesn’t even mind small animals or cats! Just prefers to not be a pack member- and that’s ok!

He is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, house broken, and is really an all around 10/10 good boy!

Hiro is a 2 1/2-year-old handsome boy who has been with us for almost 2 years in a loving foster home. He’s sweet, happy, and full of life—a big-hearted pup with so much love to give! 💙

He does great with other dogs and his people, and while he can take a little time to warm up to new faces, once he does, he’s your loyal companion for life. Hiro would thrive in a home without young kids—he’s a big boy with a goofy, playful spirit and is really just a puppy at heart.

❤🐈 Smudge and Splash 🐈❤

Meet Smudge (black nose) and Splash!!

These two ladies are around 6 months old. They are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. They are up to date on their vetting and are spayed.

Of the two, Splash is a little more timid than Smudge is. She takes a little bit to warm up and adjust to her surroundings but once she settles in, she will be your best pal. She doesn't stand still when getting the pets from her humans. It's a cute little dance she does! Smudge on the other hand is a little more forward with her needs. She will seek out attention from you, and also declare your lap or personal space as her new favorite napping spot.

These girls can talk, but they aren't overly boisterous. They both are affectionate and playful, and would keep a home laughing at their antics. And if food is being offered? They will happily take those treats!

It’s $5 Friday!! This week we are focusing on our feline friends in rescue! Eleanor is pictured below, and is looking for her forever home! She is a senior gal, and has some well-controlled kidney issues, but beyond that she is a lot of fun and would make a great companion! If you’re interested in her don’t hesitate to fill out an application!

Our cat department could use some love this week so if you want to pass on your morning coffee and instead donate $5 to the rescue, we would appreciate it (and so would our foster pals)!

A $5 donation may not seem like much but when multiple supporters come together, it adds up fast! For example your $5 could go towards a bag of food, a vaccine booster, well-visits, etc.
