Special Orders and how they work -

Every week (unless there's a shipping holiday or major weather event) we place a fish order! Orders are sent in on Tuesdays by 3pm.
We take special orders! We order them for you as they become available with our suppliers. If they aren't in stock, we can't bring them in, but we will keep trying!
How do you place an order?
Orders can be texted to our store number, called in, or most effectively, written down on our Special Order sheet in-store. All we need is your name, contact number, what you would like, and how many. If you have a specific size or color in mind, please let us know that too!
How do you know when your order arrives?
You will be contacted via the number you supplied to us when your order arrives. We will text you! If you have a landline, we will call!
Special order holds:
We will hold your special order for ONE WEEK. If we don't hear from you during that time, your order will be null and the order will be available for the general public. IF we hear from you, we will hold for as long as you need! BUT we NEED to hear from you!
What if it's not what I expected?
You are not required to take the order if it isn't what you wanted! However, you need to come look at your order and let us know.
