I want to share something a bit personal. For years I stuck to my trusted black leggings… every single day! 🖤 They felt safe, comfortable, and honestly, a bit like armour against my anxiety ⚡️
But recently I decided to shake things up! 😍 I couldn’t keep looking at all these clothes never being worn. It made me sad. It also made me sad that I only felt good in one outfit. So I began to find ways to make my wardrobe and my clothes work for me 👗 I took some inspiration from Chilli & Sukhi! Now we’re a colourful crew, enjoying fashion together, turning heads and lifting spirits ❤️
Anyone who gets anxious or has brain fog knows that feeling when you just don’t know what to wear and feel good too 🙏 Making this change meant I had to step out of my comfort zone and find ways to make it work for me. I feel much happier to have reconnected to my fashion loving self and to not only style myself but my four legged besties too! 🐾
If you feel stuck in your habit, I invite you to take one step… you might surprise yourself. I definitely surprised myself big time and feel proud.
