And I’m finally back out hacking again!

A 34-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a road crash which led to the death of a horse in West Lothian.

The incident happened around 5.15pm on Thursday, 16 September on an unclassified rural road to Armadale from the B8028 at Avonbridge.

The horse was euthanized after the incident. No people were injured.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.

My first solo hack (with no horse or no one walking beside me) for over 2 years since my bad fall!

We had a hedge cutter up our arse and a big white lorry speed past us and he didn’t do anything! So nice to be back out on the grey beast!
