A reminder of some of our T’s and C’s you agree to when becoming part of our family 🥰
If you’re running late it is up to the groomer to decide if they have time to complete your groom, we work mostly back to back and cannot go into another clients appointment slot. Please respect our time and decision -we want to ensure grooms are carried out safely and effectively.
We pay a subscription fee so that there is an automatic reminder system to drop a text to help our clients out, failure to receive this does not excuse any fees as it is a courtesy. We ask that you add appointments to your diary, phone or calendar. If you are unsure of an appointment give us a call or message ❤️
If you are running late dropping off or picking up we need to know, we do not hold dogs in cages and often groom nervous dogs 1-2-1. We offer an estimated pick up time as well as a 15 minute notice (we can let you know in more time if you need it). We work to a tight schedule so if you run late we are unable to start our next dog on time.
If fees are not paid all future appointments will be sadly cancelled.
We also charge for matting as it blunts our equipment .
Flea charges cover a flea shampoo if used and the deep clean needed after. Ticks are removed for free no charges apply.
All new clients require a deposit, deposit is lost in the event of a no show or late cancellation/ too late to complete groom.
Our groomers are paid whether you show up or not. The business then suffers a loss. Some months hundreds of pounds can be lost. All business are ran differently, we aren’t a rich dude who owns lots of salons in the U.K. we are me- one woman with a young family and a couple of lovely groomers who’s time is valued 🥰
