This week we're featuring a man who is truly a foster hero. Neil has been fostering with Eleventh Hour Rescue since 2012. He's fostered an astonishing 160 dogs in those 13 years, some with behavioral issues, some who were seniors and/or had disabilities, and some who had been long-time kennel residents. A cross between a dog whisperer, superhero, and daredevil, Neil has stepped up for so many dogs time and time again. Thank you, Neil, for all you do!
How does Neil feel about fostering? He says: "You can't change a dog's past, but fostering can rewrite their future."
