4 teams out tonight and a few first for our mantrailing teams

Team Lottie an old pro at mantrailing didn't disappoint and was foot perfect on both her trails. With multiple surface changes and wind directions and contamination

Team Ash did his first single blind and at no point was there any reason not to doubt him. He's very confident and easy to read body language

Team Flo was a little distracted and was torn between crittering and trailing but she overcame her natural instinct to hunt to find her trail layer

Team Paulie was very keen tonight and completed her first scent article start tonight and smashed it. She showed no hesitation in taking scent and moving off in the direction of the trail layer

Out in the woods tonight where the temperature certainly dropped.
3 teams worked fantastically with great enthusiasm and showed some great trailing behaviour
Team Annie started with a delayed start and then progressed onto a scent article start which she aced
Team Baby did the same as Annie and was very confident on her trail and problem solved her junctions
Team Sam took scent from a bunch of keys and showed no hesitation in finding his trail layer and was working really well

Out again tonight. Malfunction with first head torch so sorry Sam no photos.
Team Baby was out first and was clearly up for the hunt and found her trail layer on several hunting trails. We then moved her on to a scent article start which she breezed through 🎊
Team Sam trailed like the pro he is and winding him up for his intensity trail worked a treat and his handler certainly had her work cut out for her😅

Fun this morning in the woods. Both dogs completed over 400m trails using hard scent article and transfer
Team flo is progressing with her starts and displayed lovely body language using blown scent to indicate where her trail layer was.
Team Ash was tasked with a casting start and worked it out very methodically. And went on to find his trail layer sitting on a bench
Both dogs finished with a walking trail layer and were awesome 👌

More fun in the woods 4 teams out today
Team Jet was out first and as he's strong we double line him so not as many photos of him
We are elongating his hunting trails to create durability and distance which he is progressing well with
Team Luna first time out after her introductory session and proved she hadn't forgotten the game. We mixed up her reward to see what motivates her best and was happy to take her food reward from the hand
Team Davynn has come on leaps and bounds. He may not be the fastest but he is very thorough on his junctions and always checks out any possible exit. He completed transfer scent and splits today with no problems
Team Askr was challenged with a split trail with the decoy being his mum initially he picked up mum scent but with a little help then confidently trailed his trail layer and then ignored his decoy further down the line

Fun in the woods tonight. Shorter but more complex trails with splits and decoys.
Team Flo first time with a decoy went and investigated her decoy but moved on when asked to find her trail layer. Then we did a clock face start for her second trail and she really problem solved to lead her handler off in the direction of her trail layer
Team Sam was handle by Mia tonight and she did a fantastic. He completely ignored his decoy like the old pro he is!.For his second trail he took scent from a tree stump and Mia had to get a wiggle on to keep up with him😄
Team Annie was brilliant tonight moving on to delayed start and it didn't faze her. She was very confident on her junctions. Tonight Annie did her first walking trail layer and a little hesitant at first but once she realised who it was she aced it😉

Fun evening with these two teams
Team Ash worked a difficult trail with lots of surface changes and alongside a busy road which moved the scent around. With a combination of blown scent and ground he was rewarded by his trail layer .
Team Flo worked an half hour aged trail and displayed some lovely negatives and great indication. She ended with a walking trail layer which she aced

Foggy start and then the sun came out 🌞
Team Bundi was strutting his stuff today and completed a 400m and 600m . We noticed that he likes to check out all his exits on junctions and travels similar distance before giving us a negative😍
Team Jet first trail after his introductory was such a clever boy. We laid hunting trails for him and you could see as he did more the penny dropped and he became more focused. He does give lovely sit indication 😇
Team Rafki was a little slow to start as he's not keen on cars, but once in the woods was much happier. He was great on his walking trail layer and snuck up on them to give a gentle reminder to stop to give him his reward 🥳

Birthday boy Ash completed a 0.94km trail tonight and was fantastic. Over difficult surfaces which don't hold the scent well he mastered the multiple junctions and finished with a walking trail layer. For his second trail we made it fun as he had worked so hard with short hunting trails to keep his motivation.

Great night for trailing cold and dry.
Team little Flo was very confident tonight with her starts and lovely to see her handler adjusting her technique to give Flo the reassurance to produce some great work
Team big Flo was eager to get started tonight and was very focused on her trail . Tonight she smashed her walking trail layer and came around in front to stop them with a beautiful sit indication
Team Sam was back to his usual style of trailing with his handler being pulled behind. He was very clear to read on his negatives and really likes to check out all options at junctions
Well done all

Great morning out with the boys and Paulie
Team Davynn was really focused today and was working his junctions very methodically and the different terrains didn't affect him at all 😇
Team Paulie has moved on to delayed starts and is very enthusiastic to get going. She's growing in confidence in approaching unfamiliar people especially men and finished off with a walking trail layer.
Team Askr started with controlled cast and indicated on the scent inventory a direction of interest and followed his nose to find his trail layer. For his second trail he did a transfer from a post over very contaminated ground as the football teams had turned up but this didn't put him off

Excellent night at a new venue which proved to be great as long as you have a good sense of direction 🤣
Team Annie I think had a light bulb 💡 moment tonight and trailed with confidence and seemed to really understand the game. She was tested as we went into a very busy area with groups of people and children but she was awesome and went straight over to her trail layer 🥳
Team lottie was back after a break and she was fantastic. Lovely to watch her work her junctions and very clear body language for her handler to interpret. I only hope her handler is booked in with the osteopath as she pulls like a train 🚂
Team Bonnie is progressing with each session and worked over very contaminated ground in the middle of her trail but she came up trumps . She was very clear in her road crossings and very enthusiastic trailer😍

Excellent night trailing at a new venue which proved to be challenging as busy shopping area and rabbit warren residential
Team Annie was awesome tonight. She seemed to have a light bulb 💡 moment and really showed she understood the game. She trailed through the very busy shopping area with groups of people and children but she ignored them to find her trail layer 🥰
Team lottie was back after a break and she was fantastic 👏. She showed a lot of blown scent work but always bought herself back to the trail. I hope her trail layer has an appointment with the physio as she pulls like a train🚂
Team Bonnie is progressing with every session and you could see her following blown scent then casting to pick up the trail. We almost got a sit indication but she is so wriggly she can't keep that bum still🤣

Flo was much more focused on trailing tonight and her handler line skills were much better. Flo was really working well on her junctions to. Flo had a walking trail layer and came round in front of them to stop them in their tracks 🥳
Ash had his first decoy tonight and we didn't fool him. Also walking trail layer away and walking towards him. No problems there and indicated lovely on both 🥰
Sam displayed alot of casting behaviour on his trails in the open space and showed great negatives in his junction work. We really wound him out for his intensity trail to make it fun after a hard trail 😍
