Mal man with his rug off today in the wet weather for a rinse off ☺️

Mal man has put on a load of muscle and fat ☺️ his Maine is growing back uneven but nicely, his feet are all trimmed and nice, thinking of trimming back or plucking his feather a bit so I can oil his feet, I took the rug off him couple days ago and he rolled in the dirt lol he rolls in it every day with it on as well lol honey likes to scratch his Maine because he scratches hers back, she scratches a bit harder and pulls it out tho so the rug has been a big help, all the horses look like fat sausages now and taking advantage of the green grass worked wonders ☺️ nearly ready to be put under saddle in August 😍 one day he is going to have his very own custom made saddle as well ☺️

Two weeks of feeding up so far, I think he is already more glossy and top line is building up, we need a round yard ASAP ☺️

Got a fancy new rug from Bang For Your Buck Horsegear , they have them on special and they are wonderful, hybrid combo without the face mask is this one ☺️

Mal has been putting on some weight lately which is great, now 7 years old and ready to build up his condition and this year hopefully have him broken to saddle 😁

Mal had a haircut today 😊 just need his feet done and he will be good as new again 😊his tail was a bit long, he was stepping on it haha
