I bought my group axanthic Blue fire-bellied toads from senior breeder Miroslav Koukal from Kralupy nad Vltavou (CZ) in May 2008. He recieved group of South Korean FBTs (Bombina orientalis) about 1990 and few years later he bred his first Blue, Blue/Green offsprings. This Blue coloration looks like Axanthic morph - dorsal side of skin is without pigment cells called Xanthophores.

Whoop whoop. Finally my blue Bombina orientalis laid eggs for the first time. I got the Fire-bellied toads from Blue Fire-bellied toads in 2019. Such a long time ago. Have a nice weekend everyone.
