My dog is just getting older...

Lexi is a good example of my dog has slowed down with age, she's stiff because she's older...

Lexi is now more comfortable managing longer walks, playing more and is a lot cheekier again!

This is a before & after from one of my recent sessions

You can see how restricted the tissue is at the start with wrinkles in the skin and how my hand cant glide — then how much more freely it moves after treatment.

Fascia is a thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your dog’s muscles, joints, and organs.

Think of it like a web running through the whole body — helping everything move smoothly together.

That’s why keeping it healthy is so important

Fascia lays a huge role in how your animal moves, feels, and compensates. When it becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to:

Posture change in a session

This horse had a session recently, and just look at the difference in posture

➡️ Before:
• Front and back legs tucked under

➡️ After:
• Standing more comfortably

These changes might look small, but they can have a huge impact on movement and comfort

And this isn’t just for horses — we see similar patterns in dogs all the time 🐶

Does your dog do any of these...

Slow down on walks
Struggle to jump on or off the sofa/bed
Appear stiff after lying down
Avoid playing with dogs

These can often be signs of muscular discomfort not just that they are 'getting older'

"So this morning I am greeted by Alfie (19 year old cat) at 6am clawing at me after swinging off of two door handles to open the doors to reach me to tell me it’s time to get up and feed him! First time he’s been that mobile in a while so clearly something good happened in that session of yours yesterday 😂"

The start of an extremely exciting year course!

The best time learning with my wonderful dogs who from learning new exercises, sleeping while I learnt theory and two nights in a hotel with me were impeccably behaved.

I have the best dogs and the best job 🐾🐾
