Macungie Memorial Park is the site for this free pet fair held annually on the second Saturday in October.

Everything for your pet is offered by the vendors, and you may even find a new addition to your family from one of the dog and cat rescues! Barktoberfest was started in 2008 to take advantage of the cooler Fall weather. And Macungie Memorial Park is the perfect venue to provide pet lovers the opportunity to shop for that perfect treat or accessory for their furry family members ... or even find a

new furry addition to their family! Barktoberfest is organized by Roberta Moyer, President of Paws For Fun, a club for people and their furry companions. The non-profit sponsor for the event is Absolutely Purrfect Cat Rescue.
