What I offer you:
I have spent more than 5,000 hours in private sessions helping animals who are sick from diseases, old age, injuries, or suffering from trauma. In addition to the private sessions I offer, I have pre-recorded healings that have healed thousands of animals. I teach international online courses where guardians learn how to be more involved in their beloved best friend's health whic

h can prevent disease, extend life spans, and increase the quality of life. I love that I have clients all over the world feeling held and supported in the way I wanted when my beloved Holly got sick. I’m also a hardcore science nerd who is madly in love with all things mystical. I LOVE HELPing people with their sick animals and I yearn to offer rays of hope when it seems there aren't any.

This sweet boy’s intake mentioned this might be an “end of life” session. He had been very sick and hadn’t been eating…. So the family thought it might be time to say goodbye. 😭

But this story has a super happy ending- after just one session he bounced back, is eating and doing well!!! I can’t tell you how happy I was to receive this update- happy tears!

Have a cat, dog, bunny or any other animal that is struggling? Book an energetic x-ray or DM me and we will get them back on track! ❤️❤️❤️

I LOVE when clients schedule maintenance sessions.

just like cell phones need to be charged every day, your car needs oil changes and tuneups, and your house needs love care and attention to keep the foundation strong- So do our bodies!

It is way easier to keep someone healthy than it is to pull them out of a health crisis and often times, crisis can be diverted if you can keep the body energetically healthy.

Have questions, are interested in having me run an energetic, x-ray, or would like a private session? DM me

“Today is the first day of the rest of your life.” Are words my dad frequently spoke to me. This statement has sculpted me. I’ve taken it into so many spaces and places I’ve roamed. It’s held me up.
My dad died 4 years ago today.
You can’t prepare yourself for losing someone you love. Your brain will attempt to explain what heartbreak feels like but the only organ in your body that has the ability to show you grief is your heart.
Your heart will take hold of your throat and strangle it for days… weeks… even years later.
Your heart will beat its fists into your gut removing the wind from your lungs.
The heart will squeeze feeling out of your legs until they’re so numb you can’t stand on your own.
The brain wants to know how to prepare but nothing can prepare you for death and the pieces of you that will also die when someone you love leaves this world.
My dad loved coke and pickles
Playing 8 tracks of Trini Lopez
Long drives without maps.
Tagging along.
Making up songs about whatever it was you were doing.
And sneaking $20 bills into your hand.
He was always kind. He never yelled or lost his cool. He was an amazing storyteller, and one of the biggest life lessons he taught me is that it’s ok to be lost- you’ll always find your way back home.
I miss you, dad. Always and forever.

Being mentioned in anything the super talented writer gives to the world is always a pleasure but the mention in her newsletter really tickled me!
The cup plants are massive this year… 10 feet?? You must come visit! Please!

And for anyone unfamiliar with how magical cup plants are- let me tell you about them. They are a fantastic local plant to Minnesota and other areas. Not only do they offer food to our beloved, pollinator friends, but they offer water! The leaves create cups for all sorts of little critters, including birds! In fact, if humans also needed a drink of water, they would be able to sip from one of the cups. This year I have had the delight of watching dragonflies swooping for drinks of water, flocks of birds who have hid their fledglings in the leaves while they hunt during the day, and the leaves even create a landing strip that bees can see that show shows them exactly how to land their body in the exact place to swoop in for a drink.

Other benefits- they create an amazing and natural privacy wall - I can barely see my neighbor’s house through them. And they’re also beautiful to look at. ❤️

Anyone else bringing native plants into their yard to help support the planet and all of the wildlife who so desperately need it? If so, what’s a favorite you have in your yard?

and if you love learning about delicious plant-based food, and wildlife among so many other things, I recommend signing up for Julie’s newsletter. I’m sure you can do it through the link in her bio. ❤️

This sweet boy has already been surrendered twice because of trauma and PTSD. His fear ran so deep, his foster mom had to set up his space in the garage—and wasn’t even allowed to be in there with him. The rescue reached out to see if I could help him emotionally heal so that, just maybe, he could have another shot at finding a forever home.

✨Just four hours after his healing session, I got a text:
She had gone into the garage…
sat down…
and he climbed onto her lap.

Not even 24 hours later and he’s making strides!

I’m tearing up just writing this.

Being passed around is devastating for these souls. It makes it even harder for them to trust again. But this boy is ready to feel safe. Ready to heal. Ready to be loved.

Do me a favor—close your eyes for a moment and imagine him curled up in a warm home, surrounded by love. Imagine his forever family—patient, kind, and already falling in love with him.
Let’s help call them in. 🐾💛

Hi friends — I haven’t been active on Facebook for over 6 months. A hacker locked me out, and I couldn’t access messages, comments, or posts. If it looked like I was still posting, those were coming from Instagram — I didn’t realize they were showing up here. If you messaged me here or tagged me and didn’t hear back, I wasn’t ignoring you — I simply couldn’t access anything.

That said, if you’ve been paying attention to what’s happening in the world, you’ll know that Meta has become deeply dangerous—actively fueling AND FUNDING oppression here and genocide abroad. Just by being on these platforms, we’re lining the pockets of someone whose values I do not share. I’d love to fully step away from Zuckerberg’s empire—and I hope you’ll come with me when I do.

I don’t know exactly where I’ll land (maybe email? maybe Mastadon? maybe something more human-centered?), but I want to stay connected with you in a space that feels more aligned, less harmful, and more heart-forward.

Will you follow me somewhere new? Somewhere less evil?
Please say yes. 💛

Dear love warriors,

I’m writing with something really special to share…Holly (my soul companion cat) and I have been featured on the front cover of Lavender Magazine!!💜🐾

More than just a photo, this moment gave me the chance to speak to something that matters deeply to so many of us:

The soul-deep bonds we share with our animal companions — and the grief that comes when they’re gone.

When we’ve loved that deeply…When their presence shaped us, healed us, or made us feel more ourselves…
💜 Then grieving them isn’t weakness — It’s respectful.

💜 Grieving them isn’t a burden — It’s sacred.

💜 Grieving them isn’t falling apart — It’s falling in love across worlds.
💜 Grief is not a weakness — it’s a final act of devotion.

As I shared with the magazine’s readers:

If they changed our lives while they were alive, and we truly saw them as family members the least we can do is honor that friendship in grief.

So many people still feel like they have to grieve quietly or quickly — especially when it’s "just an animal.” But you and I know better. These relationships are sacred. And their loss is real loss.

I hope this moment reminds you that your grief is valid, your love is honored, and you're not alone.Thank you for being part of this community that dares to feel deeply, love fiercely, and honor what matters. If you’re local to the twin cities, please go grab a hard copy from various locations around townAnd if you’re not local, you can read the online version

P.S. If you’re currently walking through loss, please remember — there’s no timeline for grief. You’re allowed to take all the time you need.

Broken Hearted Oracle makes a loving gift for someone grieving their animal companion and builds a bridge so they can feel their beloved FURiend more closely from the other side. You can purchase a deck for yourself or someone in need here:

If you’re ever unsure how to love or be loved, look to the animals- they will teach you.
For the better part of a month I’ve been working with Franz, a magical cat from Michigan, Franz has been very sick and his brother, Pyodi, has been by his side- always giving him exactly what he needs.
I know a lot about love and I’m continuously learning more from the people and their animal companions that I work with. The bonds we create with our companions and the love bonds they have with each other should never be taken for granted. These are the biggest moments of love and lessons in love you’ll ever receive.
Spend some time today thinking about the lessons in love your companions have shared with you- and SHARE this with them in gratitude. ❤️
