Short rant.

I have had several inquiries on Lucky and they have all fallen through for one reason or another.

If you are ever interested in one of our rescues.

1. The pricing is transparent it is the medical costs of the dog so once they are fully vetted you know the cost.

2. The specifics on the dog are posted size personality etc

3. Our location is also on our page and when posted else where the location is also posted.

Seems all logical but the last 2 people set up video calls one canceled saying they found a rescue but still wanted to know where she was as they had so many applications in and could remember. The other talked to her son and he decided she was too small for thier fence.

This is a complete waste of my time which I have very little of. To me this is disrespectful.

RANT OVER. Going to bed after I give everyone a hug as they deserve my time.

Rescue Costs:

A lot of times people wonder why rescues are costing so much now.

Here is a break down of costs for Lucky, they do not include her daily care of food, water, bathing, treats or time we spend on training, etc.

Lucky's Cost Average Costs

Spay $725.00 $500-$1000
Rabies $50.00 $75-$150
Microchip $50.00 $75
2 DHPP $30.00 $110
2 Revolution $10.00 $47.56
2 worm preventatives $10.00 $10-$20
Totals $875.00 $817.56-$1307.44

We are also asking an extra $25 to help with other rescues.

We are not trying to make money but to break even and help others.

UPDATE: Vet said she did great and will be ready after 3 today for pickup. Time to get her home and settled for recovery. I bet she will be happy to get a meal.

Meet Lucky a sweet young girl that found herself lost. She was taken in by a lovely lady who reached out to us and we kept her during her hold period. She will receive her complete vetting including her spay next week. So she is open for applications. We estimate her age to be around 8 months. We believe she is a Pomeranian x Chihuahua. Her coloring is unique as a Merle parti. She is all party girl too. She is a bouncing crazy girl with almost no fear but does have some timid traits too. She isn’t a horrible barker but she has a boice and will use it to get your attention

Musts for her no young children under 8. She is tiny at 4 lbs and her legs while great are thin. She also needs a very secure fence and if you have a deck it’s going to need reinforcements as she isn’t afraid to try and wiggle through and jump.

Yes there will be an adoption fee, an application and a meet and greet. I will also do a home visit either in person or virtually.

This little 4 pound girl just landed with us. She has been on the run for a bit so we are looking for her owners and if not found she will be up for adoption after vetting.
